What we do for you
Premier Display is a full-service exhibition stand provider; we offer a total in house design - manufacture - install exhibition service for clients across all industries. Our team have the experience to deal with all the idiosyncrasies of exhibitions in the U.K. and throughout Europe. Our installations are designed with a thorough understanding of how they will be physically built and finished, so when you receive your visuals pack and quotation you can be re-assured that everything in there is deliverable and with no nasty surprises.
Should your budget be limited, or should you need to scale back on spending for any reason, we hold a huge stock of standard items, such as reception counters, plinths and furniture plus a variety of fixtures and fittings. We can produce a visually impressive stand at short notice and for every budget.
What we don't
Whatever amount you are investing, you expect to a stand that represents that spend. Unlike many exhibition stand builders and especially, design agencies, we don't deduct from the budget, or add to the invoice, thousands of pounds to pay sales bonuses, for meet & greet and for in person meetings where an email will suffice, that is why our modest design fees are included in our initial quotation and why we don't charge you unnecessary extras and admin fees throughout the project.
Every member of our team is committed to ensuring your stand is a success, but most of all everyone at Premier Display prioritise delivering a great value build that impresses those who really matter - your customers.
Our Process
Whatever the scope and size of your project, the path to success is always built on the foundations of our rigorous project delivery process.
The Brief
For any project to succeed the most critical part of the process is to obtain a comprehensive brief. When a customer approaches us, it does not matter how rough their plans are, our team will immediately get to work unpicking exactly what needs to be achieved, discussing your requirements in detail and answering any questions you may have.
Should you need some help in writing your brief, please feel free to download and use our briefing template or use the online form below.
Design
The design process usually takes between 2-3 weeks from briefing to sign-off; sometimes, depending on the project size and/or scope this may take longer. Either way, constant communication between your project manager and the design team ensures that the designs you are presented with have been well critiqued internally. Using our creative flair, constant consideration of the brief and an expert knowledge of how the installation will be built and exactly what can be achieved for your budget, our aim is to create a build that does so much more than simply communicate your corporate identity, we care about generating real impact.
Your project manager will share with you the initial stand designs, explain details, answer questions and of course, make sure any design changes you require are communicated, in detail, back to the design team. Within a few weeks of briefing, we expect that you will have a design and quotation you are delighted with, ready to progress to scheduling and production.
Project Management
Your Project Manager will go through every aspect of the design - install process, from production drawings, graphic planning, furnishings, logistics, audio visual and interactive. Once your overall design is finalised your project manager will schedule in all dates/deadlines and deal with all relevant documentation. They will work with our designers to finalise build details and decide on graphic and finishes specifications, ensuring you are supplied with comprehensive documentation to hand to your graphics/content agency. They will go through a comprehensive list to ensure nothing is missed, whether it be a high spec touch screen video wall, a fridge or just warmer lighting.
We work only with trusted partners who share our commitment to quality and service, so that we can provide you with the best in modern technology and the support to back it up. Because we handle everything, should you need that last-minute change or addition, or on-site support, consider it done. Whether you need model making, audio visual, interactive, theatrical lighting & effects or Barista coffee service, our team have the contacts to make everything run smoothly, and the knowledge required to advise you along the way.
Manufacture
As a full-service provider, we don't offer your project out for others to manufacture. Our own highly skilled and experienced joinery team will manufacture, finish and paint your installation to our own exacting standards. Our design & project management team has extensive production knowledge and will fully brief a project dedicated workshop team on every detail of how your build is to be delivered, build methods to use to meet the budget and the finishes required. Where applicable our stock AV will be assigned to the build so this can be integrated seamlessly or we will talk to/meet/pre build as necessary with our trusted external AV suppliers to make sure nothing is left to ‘surprise’ on site.
To ensure a flawless finish, CNC methods are used where appropriate and all painted surfaces are spray finished in our own, dedicated, paint shop. Your project manager will check all supplied artwork to our specifications and then arrange printing with one of our carefully vetted and trusted printing suppliers. Where possible all printing is checked prior to loading and pre-applied to stand components.
Install
Prior to the on-site build, each component is fully checked and wrapped before it leaves the factory, helping to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Your dedicated project team of skilled joiners, manufacture, then install your space. Because they made it in the factory and fully understand how everything works together, you can rely on them to deal with any and all on-site issues that may arise, always maintaining the high-quality finish you expect whatever the circumstance.
In fact, we're confident that you wouldn't even know there had been an issue, even if we had to chop half a meter off the top of your stand (yes we have had to do that before, and no, it definitely wasn't our fault).
When it comes to on-site handover, you may find your project manager or a director there on the last day of build, although hand over may be via one of our senior build team. Other exhibition firms may send their project managers to site for every hand over, every time, however the cost of this of this needs to be taken from, or added to, the build budget, so as with every aspect of your project, we’ll let you make that call.
Storage & Disposal
For any of our stands we can arrange environmentally friendly disposal and recycling. Should you wish to make the most environmentally friendly gesture possible and re-use your stand then we can store this on site, ensuring everything is refurbished to an 'as new' standard each time you use it, so your stand looks as good as possible for every show.
